    • Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to proceed with your return.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure the safe delivery of your items, we cannot be held responsible for undelivered items.

    • Please ensure that the RMA number provided by our customer service team is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

    • Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
